Arrowhead DigiTech delivers digital products and IT services. No physical goods are shipped. Below are the terms related to the delivery and execution of our services.

1. Nature of Delivery

• All services are delivered electronically (via email, project dashboards, client portals, etc.).

• We do not provide any physical shipping or postal delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timeframes depend on the nature of the service:

• Web Development: 2–6 weeks depending on scope

• SEO & Digital Marketing: Campaign setup within 5–10 business days

• Consulting & Reports: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days

Timelines are provided in project proposals or contracts. Delays due to lack of client input or third-party dependencies will be communicated.

3. Communication and Project Management

• All communications are done through email, Zoom, WhatsApp, or designated project management platforms.

• We share milestones, updates, and final deliverables digitally.

4. Incomplete Delivery Due to Client Non-Response

If a project stalls due to lack of client feedback or content for more than 15 days, we reserve the right to mark the project as completed. Additional charges may apply to resume the work.

5. Support and Maintenance

Ongoing support and updates are provided as per the terms of your service agreement or maintenance contract.
