1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • A request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.

  • The service has not yet commenced or no significant resources/time have been spent.

  • No custom work or content delivery has taken place.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the service is already in progress or completed.

  • For services involving third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, ad budgets).

  • Digital products and downloadable content, once delivered.

  • Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started.

3. Service-Specific Policies

  • Web Development: Once the design or development phase has started, only partial refunds may be considered, based on work completed.

  • Marketing Campaigns: If a campaign has been launched, no refund will be provided for that cycle.

  • Consulting: Once a session is completed or report delivered, no refund is applicable.

4. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Include your order ID, payment proof, and detailed reason for refund

  • Our team will respond within 5 business days

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.
